We like to 'begin with the end in mind', and while we are fluent in being able to bring a project to completion, there are times (if we are truly honest) where our passion for getting it right and looking at the bigger picture has come up against due dates and deadlines. We like to think we can make both work, but we are also not afraid to wade in and be an advocate for looking beyond and behind the original project scope and timelines, as lessons are learned during the 'in action' phase of a project, and to achieve a longer lasting outcome with deeper results.
