We have supported the growth of the Mid West Food Industries Alliance (MWFIA) through the provision of Executive Officer services.  From governance and executive support services to the delivery of major events (and everything in between), it has been our honour to see MWFIA grow and thrive.

We have helped to deliver the Regional Drought Resilience Plan (RDRP) for the North Midlands subregion via the Future Drought Fund Planning Program.  Our role included project administration and management, community consultation, stakeholder liaison, plan and report writing, project advisory group facilitation, and project research and support, and contributing to identifying projects for implementation.
